ISMB2025 will take place in the hotel Laudinella in St. Moritz (https://www.laudinella.ch/en).
St. Moritz is located in the eastern part of the Swiss alps and is easily reached by train or, alternatively, by car.
The nearest airports are Zurich and Milan. The train from Zurich airport takes 3:45h, changing train in Zurich main station and Chur, and featuring a most amazing train ride over the Albula pass. Train connections are found on the website of the Swiss Railways (www.sbb.ch), tickets can be purchased directly online or at the airport. The price is around CHF80 (one way) but there can be a significant discount if the ticket is purchased in advance.
Reaching St.Moritz from Milan by public transportation is not advised and takes over 6 hours.
Alternatively, St. Moritz can be reached by car from Zurich or from Milan airport, both requiring about 3 hours. Note that a car is not required in St. Moritz since there is public transportation to take you around the valley.
